The easiest way to find out your ring size is as follows:

1. Select a ring that you already own and that fits your desired finger. The thiner and more uniform the ring, the more accurate it will be. We also recommend you to do this at the end of the day, when the finger is the largest, since hands get swollen during the day.

2. Use a ruler or tape measure and place the ring on top of it, measuring its internal diameter. Keep in mind your ring size can fluctuate about a half size, based on your temperature, hydration levels ,etc.
